church elder Bruce's wise counsel

My dearest beautiful Amber Rose,

I am trying to remind myself of the promises in scripture, and I am trying to marry the scripture to my daily life.  I want to thank you with a sincere heart for teaching me so much wisdom and knowledge about God’s Word.  As Bruce says I need to cut off any negative thoughts as soon as they enter my mind.  I need to weed out any of the Enemy’s negative words and lies from my thoughtlife garden.  Replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.  I need to think on ‘the good things’ in Philippians 4:8  Think about whatsoever is lovely, excellent, praiseworthy, true and of good reportage’ Thereby releasing blessings from thinking on the good things and not being down sometimes over my mother.  I do not say anymore that the Enemy is working in the relationship with my mother and I, but I declare God is working in the relationship with my mother and working in me.  If by sight I see my mother as tough, domineering and a critical parent who sometimes says hurtful words, I negate this by walking by faith and not by sight.  I see by eyes of faith not just in the natural, and by faith I see God working on my mother and changing her heart and words to me. Yes I shouldn’t feed my spirit with the hurtful words of my mother over the years, instead I feed my spirit with Jesus’ words as Jesus is the Living word of God as flesh. And Jesus is speaking the living word of God into my relationship with my mother.  I always forgive and continue to love her, not letting any root of bitterness or sorrow or resentment over her words to grow in my heart.

As Bruce taught me with his Word from God-' Listen to Jesus' words and not my mother's words.'
Loving regards,
Julie xxxx

Jubilant - exactly ... Don't accept it ... We can refuse words that do not minister life ... We can simply not receive them as ours ... Thjey won't take root in our heart ... We give them no place ,,, we send them away ,,, they serve no purpose in your life so we simply ... Resist it --- like the bible says ... Give it to God ... Pray for them because we know our battle is not with them personally ... Its the spirits behind them that they don't even know about ... Lol... So this is how we handle spiritual battles
Yes my christian friend Bruce said Jesus is in the boat of life with me and i'm not to look to the storms or my mother's bad and sad words to me, but to look to the Good Lord who is working in my life..

Job and notes

Hi Julie,
I was good to have that chat with you last night. This is the reference I was thinking about regarding Job.
In Job 3: 25 he says, “ What I always feared has happened to me. What I dreaded has come true”.
Just like our Godly belief and faith open the door for the things of God to happen in our lives, our negative belief and fear open the door for the things of the enemy to happen.  In many ways fear is just like faith, but in a negative form.
We also need to remember that “Perfect love casts out all fear” 1 John 4:18. God is perfect Love and He casts out all our fear, just by turning to Him.
Here is a prayer of declaration which you can pray:
A Declaration:  Father, I live by faith.  My life functions by faith.  Everything I do in Your Kingdom I do by faith.  I declare that I will not doubt You, but I will doubt whatever negative thing the enemy puts in my mind.  I refuse to open any negative doors with fear.  Fear will not and does not rule over me.  I refuse to give space to the devil.  I doubt what He says and I believe what You say and what You have said in Your Word concerning me!  No longer will I allow fear to dilute and nullify my prayers.  I therefore choose to focus on the promises in Your Word, and not on any problems. In Jesus’ name.  Amen!
I hope this is helpful. As I said last night, rather than focussing on the problems, down at the lower level, we can choose to go to the higher perspective, and pray the promises of God, into the situation.
Blessings
Marion

God speaks to us through nature

Thank you Julie
Yes I have enjoyed this one. As you would know, and I know, God speaks to us through nature in many ways. One of the ways He shows me His greatness and power, is showing me red flowers growing on the end of green branches. Only He could make pretty red flowers, come out of a plain old green branch.
And He brings out beauty in each one of us, you included.
With love and blessings

All your children shall be taught by the Lord Isa 54:13

A letter from Marion with regards to my mother sinning and taking my child a minor to a Witch/ Psychic.
Hello Julie

Once again it is to completely trust God, as you say, listen to His Word, and trust God with your child. We pray from a position of victory.  Remember God’s Word and His promise that you can hold on to, and declare:

“All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be your children’s peace.” Isaiah 54:13. You can read from verse 11 – 17 as well; it is all good!

With love and blessings

sorrow not

’Be joyful always’’ it tells us in Thessalonians and “ sorrow not.’  “
But grief and sorrow are dangerous things. Several years ago God showed me that they're not the innocent emotions we've thought they were. The force behind these emotions are actually spirit beings sent by the devil himself to kill, steal and destroy.

Your Deadly Enemy

"I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again...." (1 Thessalonians 4:13)
Dear Julie,
Many of us, even though we're believers, have seen grief and sorrow as such a natural part of life that we haven't even questioned them. In fact, if we're honest, we'd have to admit there are times when we actually want to feel sad and sorry for ourselves.
Why would we choose to feel sorrow? Because sorrow has an emotional kick to it. It offers a surge of feeling that, in the beginning stages, is almost intoxicating.
But grief and sorrow are dangerous things. Several years ago God showed me that they're not the innocent emotions we've thought they were. The force behind these emotions are actually spirit beings sent by the devil himself to kill, steal and destroy.
They are a part of the devastating, satanic barrage Jesus took on Himself when He died on the Cross (Is. 53). He bore grief and sorrow, so we wouldn't have to. If they come knocking on your door, remember, they are not innocent emotions. They are deadly enemies that Jesus already carried away at Calvary.
Don't live as those who have no hope. You're a believer. You know that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again. That not only gives you hope where physical death is concerned, it gives you hope in every situation. Sorrow not! By Kenneth Copeland
